That’s right, due to not enough evidence the D.A. has decided to drop the Tila vs Merridan case. Yet Tila is not about to let it go. Tila is now going to file civil charges against her attacker.  Her reps are saying that Merridan is getting special treatment for being a football player, while Tila was a victim who was viciously attacked. Our opinion…. maybe she overly exaggerated the story and now she has to save face…. or Merridan got off like all the other pro players who play naughty.
