Authorities in northern Mexico have discovered the decapitated body of a missing police chief, apparently beheaded by ‘vengeful’ drug cartel gangsters.

The body of Heriberto Cerda, the police chief in Agualeguas was recovered with his head on his lap and a message in blood written on his abandoned vehicle’s windshield bearing the signature of Mexico’s notorious Gulf Cartel, which is a drug cartel based in Matamoros, The Associated Press reported.

The police commander, along with his brother Jesus Cerda, was kidnapped on March 25 in the northern State of Nuevo Leon after Marines killed six drug gang members. His brother was also killed.

Authorities blame the increasing violence in the area on rivalries between the Gulf Cartel and ‘Los Zetas’, an offshoot from the cartel.

Mexico’s drug-related violence shows little sign of abatement despite the deployment of thousands of federal security forces brought in to help local law enforcement agencies in their fight against criminal gangs.

If you look in the dictionary under “pathetic parent” you will see the picture of Joe Jackson. Joe Jackson is asking the courts for an allowance of $15K a month, MJ’s administrators are opposing the request. Joe Jackson is claiming that he needs the money because he has very little income coming in. Um, what old man needs $15K a month? As we all know, Joe Jackson and his son didn’t get along, and MJ actually took his father out of his will and trust. The money is going to MJ’s mom, Katherine, and MJ’s 3 kids (which is still questionable-DNA wise). Katherine is the legal guardian of MJ’s kids, and she is receiving over $80K to take care of them….um, $80K a month, for what? See what money does to people…brings out the ugly and the spoiled. We would have taken care of the kids for $10K!

Anyone that watches the show knows who Farrah is. Farrah is the cheerleader girl who got pregnant by her ex and decided to keep the baby, while living in a very “strong” household. Farrah hasn’t quite got the mother responsibility down, which cause huge fights with her parents, mainly her mom. Farrah still wants a man and a social life and constantly leaves baby with her parents (some babysitting yes, but you spread um..you watch um, was the rule in our house).We have all seen the tension between Farrah and her parents, now it looks as if it finally came to a head. Farrah’s mom, Debra, has been arrested for domestic violence.

Seems from the show, that since Farrah had the baby, her parents have turned very strict and spoiled Farrah is finding it hard to live by the rules, yet, her parents want her to “sew it up” and never look at a boy again. That’s not going to happen! We all know the rule… tell teenagers not to do something will only make them run to it faster.
